Short and sweet after 8 months of use: Impressively quiet, cleans very well, very energy efficient although it runs much longer than an older GE model. No need to clean off caked on food before putting dishes in the wash. This baby handles your toughest wash job with ease... especially pots and pans. It's a quiet work horse. Our old GE could be heard throughout the house. This one I can watch TV 10 feet away with no problem. Purchased at Lowes. If you are considering this model, you can't go wrong.
