I bought this as part of the ge cafe line when I redid my kitchen. I usually wash dishes by hand, so I don't use it significantly, but when I do it doesn't clean the dishes. There's food and film left behind. I purchased the extended warranty and called about the fact that a brand new dishwasher doesn't clean dishes. The stated I need to run hot water via the ink to make sure there's hot water instantly available to the dishwasher, and run a cycle with vinegar. I will try this and see what happens, however it just appears crazy to me that a brand new dishwasher doesn't clean dishes, and that this is their resolution so far. (More Detail...)
